• Fifth day of Navaratri: Skandamata Devi rides a fierce lion, holding her six-headed son,…in worshiping her we call forth the protection & care that the Divine Mother has for all of the creation, like us, who are all her children.
By worshipping Maa Skandamata, and receiving her cozy unconditional motherly love, She bestows over us her lovely glance to keep us going on enduring into our endeavors, and blessing for attaining success and prosperity in life.
Skandamata relates to Vishuddi chakra ( throat chakra), showing that we can attain purity and realize infinite blessings trough her worshiping.•~
Her mantra is : Om Devi Skandamatayei Namah.
